Booking conditions

Payment:

• 25% deposit due within 14 days after reservation
• 75% final payment due 60 days before arrival
• Invoices will be sent per email.

Cancellation/changes

Total Cancellation:

• Cancellation fee Euro 200,00 will be charged until 90 days before arrival
• 25% of the total amount will be charged from 90 days until 61 days before arrival
• 50% of the total amount will be charged from 60 days until 31 days before arrival
• Total cancellation less than 31 days before arrival full amount will be charged.

Partial cancellations:

• Until 61 days prior to arrival group size can be reduced by 30% without charges
• From 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival group size can be reduced by 20% without charges
• From 30 days to 7 days prior to arrival group size can be reduced by 5% without charges
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival no refund
